Good question. My natural instinct is to say no - that sodium is sodium is sodium, regardless of what else is there - but I really have no logical basis on which to state that as fact.

I know it's cut a little big, and I don't really care if it's vanity sizing - I have a dress hanging in my closet that is a size 6!!!
You look awesome Sista!!

I'm hoping for a great day. The past three days I have had a migraine. I have made sure I'm taking my salt and drinking my fluids. I took some ibuprofen . I have felt extremely tired, hungry and emotional. It's been a rough couple of days.

Scorbett-That dress is looks great on you! Congrats on your 6!

I had my WI this morning, I was down 1 pound and 2 inches. I wasn't expecting a big number, aunt flow arrived yesterday after a very long absence, was actually relieved! I also think all of the shoveling did a number, my muscles are still sore!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Default Plain protein site

Hi all,
trying to get back on track within my financial budget..is there anyone currently purchasing IP orducts from the plain protein site? What has your experience been with the site lately and how do you pay for products..is pay pal the safest way to go?
Does anyone know of any IP suppliers that discount?
Thanks!

I checked the tracking number and they aren't scheduled for delivery until THURSDAY! Ugh...I don't have enough IP shakes/soups to get me through. I'm hoping it will be delivered a day early :-( The delay is due to the storm that hit last weekend.
I've ordered twice from Nashau so far, and yes they are pretty slow on delivery when you get the free shipping spending more than $99. Keep this in mind and plan ahead when ordering. It doesn't help that I'm all the way on the other side of the country, either lol.
Do you have a Costco in your area. Get their Premier Protein RTD chocolate. It's very yummy and has 30grams of protein. I believe the box of 18 drinks is around $25. I have one for breakfast every morning. Or you could get the EAS drinks from wal-mart, maybe even target. I think they come in a box of 4, but I've never had them. I think people on the Alternatives Thread have like them. Good Luck. Where there is a will, there's a way!

I haven't ordered from www.plainprotein for over a month now. I always used my credit card and as far as I know I haven't had any problems. I believe you can get a discount of 20%. At least the few times I ordered, I got it to work. I don't know exactly how much you have to spend, but the discount code was whatever the month is and I don't believe it was case sensitive. So, what I would do is put in a huge order at the beginning, say $200 of one product, then I would apply the discount. If the discount shows up, then I would keep decreasing the quantity until I found the point that the discount no longer was being applied. Once I knew how much I had to spend to get the discount, then I would adjust my order to what I wanted from there. The other nice thing is that I would always get free S&H and I think they use priority mail and so I would get the stuff in 2-3 days. Hope this makes sense and helps! Jen

My local grocer (a small regional chain where the prices are a bit higher than the local average) carries Real Salt Sea Salt in a 9oz shaker for $5. And what do we pay for that TINY mini-container at IP?????? Good thing I don't buy it at my WI!!

Scorbett you look fantastic!!!! Size 6 !!!

I am thinking about dropping my coach. I have thought about it for a while now and I think it is time. I know I can do this on my own. Still a little scary though. I just canceled my appointment for tomorrow so I think my decision has been made.

I always pay with my credit card, found that their shipping is very quick. I've also found that the discount codes start to work anywhere over $135. But that number changes from month to month.

You go girl!!! I have tried a few alternatives and like them better than some IP product. Can't give up my S&V crisps though. I am still debating giving the clinic a bye-bye. I still need/want the accountability. We'll see.....

GL! You'll do great!!!
