I agree with Scorbett - I didn't experience any major hair loss on my first round (about 3 months in total) and when I started again to go a little lower I did start taking 1000 mcg of biotin daily, just in case and I'm not experiencing any loss at all right now.
I also agree with the potassium. I don't take the multi but I do take their potassium. I do a different cal/mag but on a daily basis I only take the biotin, cal/mag, potassium and probiotics (not IP)
Good luck! The diet really does work very well if you follow plan ... not everyone sees the same side effects so I wouldn't let that deter you.
