My coach said to be careful with proti life because of the sodium

I just compared a peanut crunch Protilife I got at Shoppers this afternoon,with an IP bar, both were crispy peanut cereal type. The protilife had 230, the IP had 220.

In the protilife box there is a weekly diet plan. It is exactly like the IP alternative plan.

Not sure what the deal is with Protilife but it seems to be all over the palce now.

it's proti-diet not proti life... I think they are 2 different brands.

you can't buy proti-diet products at any stores. from what I have seen. Its either online.. or with your wellness coach.

Sorry i'm all over the place this week. Working 10 hr shifts right now. I'm on now for 20 minutes.. then I will come back on tonight sometime. :)

I have products from all the companies, IP, Dr B; Proti thin. Proti diet & Proti life.
All the proti ones are produced in the same place;St Eustache PQ.

I am concerned that many of the IP clinics in Canada are now selling the Proti products instead of IP at very inflated prices and the suppliers selling the Proti stuff direct online seem to be closing to the public.

As for the sodium, I have IP and Protidiet vanilla puddings here. The IP one has 240 mg, the Protidiet 160mg.

i havent had any IP products. My coach charges 28.00 a box for IP. For Proti-diet, my coach is sticking with that for the most part. its cheaper, and tastes the same if not better than IP. she charges 20.00 a box

We were getting them for around $12 a box of seven at proteinwell.ca but they seem to be going out of business. There was also free shipping if you ordered over $99 at a time.
