Before and current pics
 

Since I'm up way early on a Sunday morning, (I like to sleep in, but on occasions like this, I also like being the only one in the house awake :)), thought I would try to post some before and current pictures.

The "before" picture is from October 2011 and I was probably close to my heaviest weight, which was about 280. The current picture was taken last weekend, and I am now 195. What a difference 85 lbs makes! I lost about 30 pounds by just restricting some carbs and sweets, between October 2011 and October 2012, when I started IP. The rest has been due to IP, and has been a HECK of a lot quicker!

Maybe this will serve as some visual motivation for somebody just starting out! :)
