Newcomer on a High Protein Vegetarian Diet - Need help
Hi,
I started a Low calorie (1200) High Protein diet (70gms)...been almost two weeks do not see any weight loss and seem to be bloated all the time...Any advise is welcome.. here is what I eat typically on a daily basis - Oatmeal for breakfast - Snack: Protein shake - Lunch : Salad and cottage cheese - Snack : Protein bar - Dinner : Some carb like 1 slice of whole wheat bread or 1/2 cup brown rice along with some steamed vegetables & may be tofu/cottage cheese Taking some multivitamin and Cal-Vitamin D...and flax seed oil supplements.. |
