Has Anyone in the U.S. Tried Collagen Supplements
 

Good morning to all,
After reading the thread on collagen supplements, I was wondering if anyone in the U.S. has purchased supplements (I see lots on Amazon) and tried them? I know from the collagen thread that IP Canada sells them, but are there options for those of us on IP in the U.S.?

IP has collagen in a number of their products. I think the jello and one of the drinks has collagen. But is there actual clinical proof that they work?

I'm not sure...I'm searching for info and would love input from anyone who knows how collagen works. I would prefer pill supplements to packets. I enjoy my IP snacks and am not a fan of the jelly or drink with collagen.

Anyone in Canada take the IP collagen supplements and noticed a difference in skin, hair, joints?

The collagen supplement is only available in Canada. I've purchased some Great Lakes gelatin that was recommended on another thread a while back.
