If you know it is going to be a busy day: try switching up lunch with dinner (if you have time for a meal at lunch)?
Or, as others stated, definitely have extras portioned out for the week as not having to cook every night is good and will keep you OP :) |
How about making up some beef or turkey burgers in advance and freezing them... then in a pinch, all you have to do is throw a couple on the grill. Grab some frozen veggies and throw in the microwave. Dinner is ready in about 5 minutes. My George Foreman grill gets used frequently when I'm in a rush.
