Just wondering if anyone did weight watchers after doing ideal protein. I've been on maintainance for about 2 months and have gained about 7-8 pounds back. It's such a struggle. I was thinking of transitioning to weight watchers to lose 10 pounds but is our systems messed up, so to speak, from being on IP??
(In regards to being able to lose weight on other diets)
