Liz Baby! Whooooo Hoooooo! Very happy for you. We all love you and are sending you hugs and blessings. I thought of you today as I made my spinach smoothie. I use my strawberry RTD's as a matter of fact it's in the fridge here at work and I need to go shake it up and drink it. So the point I was trying to make is you've positively effected many of us here on 3FC, **** I was smiling and thinking of you in the kitchen this morning. I know you're very goal oriented too, look at your success! Anyway I am babbling and need to get my LizR Spinach shake 'cause I'm freaking hungry. Very happy for you!

Please do come back here often and chime in. It's already been said but you really have been an important part of my personal IP journey so I'd love to know how you're doing post IP. And like USMCvet, I am reminded of you when I roast veggies, have purees in my soup and mix some spinach in my morning smoothie. I also think of you and your dedication and determination when I am feeling big and stuck...I think, "Well, LizRR has done it so it's possible..."
