I'd like to eat more products that are not soy based. Does anyone know if there's a list of ones that don't have soy?

Perfect timing. I literally *just* finished reading an article about soy and thyroid interactions/effects. I know I'll be interested in my next thyroid test results ...

I, too, would be interested in more info on products not containing soy.
