It is helpful reading your posts and seeing all your successes so far. My first WI I lost 14 and I was committed. I go for my 2nd WI tomorrow and hope to have lost at least 1 but I am most excited about seeing how many inches I have lost. I will check in tomorrow evening to give a status. Hope everyone has a great day!
Way to go! I started two weeks ago as well Cannot wait to hear how your weigh in goes!

Today is day 4 for me, and I am really happy to have such a structured work environment. I can focus on things unrelated to food. It is nice to just go about my day, doing my thing, not eating what everyone else has brought to share Ect.

...and I have to constantly pick up my pants. lol.

Does anyone else use lime or have a coach that says lime is ok?

I sometimes have a lime wedge in a glass of plain seltzer. I checked the nutritional content of 1 oz of lime juice vs. 1 oz of lemon juice. They are the same, except that lemon juice has 1 g sugar and the lime juice has none. I think a little lime juice is ok.

After I used lime not realizing it wasn't on the list I texted my coach asking and he said try to use lemon in the future...which is weird considering what pocahontas says.

I will ask for more specifics on me WI monday.

I have a spice cabinet a mile deep I look up recipes for rubs/herb blends, use mustard or egg whites as a base, there are TONS of recipes out there!

So I weighed in today, down another 0.8lb and 1.75 inches!!! I know I'm getting very close to phasing off, and it's exciting! I've been loving the exercise, I do a Couch to 5K running program three days a week, and three days of yoga (which I stepped up yesterday, got a video that is a 50 minute program - I felt AMAZING after finishing it! I know the exercise is contributing to my slowdown in losses but I'm totally OK with that - muscle weighs more than fat and I know I'm getting stronger Plus those inches gone make me VERY happy!!

I was so busy at work yesterday that I didn't even have a chance to go online and check in! I never have a chance when I'm at home! My browser is acting up too, so hopefully I can get caught up somewhat before it crashes again!

For the first time on IP I think TOM messed up my WI. Normally I average about 2.5lbs a week...this week was 1.4. However, last week was high, so the average of both weeks was still 2.4 so that's still pretty decent overall! I am very hopeful that by the next WI I will be in the 150's...keep your fingers crossed for me!

Today was WI for me and -4 pounds and 2 1/2 inches!! I was very happy because I started the C25K last week and walked on a few other days. I was afraid it would slow me down a little but it didn't. I know the time will come when it will catch up and I am good with it, I am fine with lower loss and more muscle.

I use various flavors of Mrs. Dash seasoning along with the sea salt. My family enjoys it too, actually. We're all trying to eat healthier around here. I prepare chicken a lot - usually baked, but sometimes in the crock pot too. I'm not big on recipes - I find what I like and stick to it. I do enjoy reading all of the posts and getting inspired when I have time.
