Breakfast: IP Fine Herb Omelette (my daily usual)

Lunch: 2 cups celery root fries (they taste like celery - but Rutabaga's are out of season now and not in my grocery store) and IP chocolate drink heated

Snack: IP chocolate puffs

Dinner: 8 oz salmon, 2 cups kale chips, 2 cups lettuce with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder

Lunch: sauteed ham and mushrooms added to mushroom soup. Salad with WF balsamic dressing with some sauteed ham and mushrooms
Dinner: Spinach chocolate shake.

Phase 1:

Breakfast: Proti-diet blueberry pancakes with wf syrup + coffee

Lunch: IP broccoli soup + salad (romaine lettuce, celery, fennel and cucumber) + 1 tsp evoo and sea salt

Snack: WLS toffee pudding (it smells amazing; excited to try it)

Dinner: 8 oz trout grilled on the barbecue and added to a curry made from ginger/garlic/masala/tomato/cilantro/lime + side of okra

Oops-- meant IP salt/vinegar curls NOT chips!!! I usually like the IP southwest cheese puffs when at a Mexican restaurant-- makes it waaaaaay easier to avoid the chips & queso the rest of the family is chowing on!

Post-yoga snack: IP strawberry pudding pack (half) with pineapple/banana drink (half)

Lunch: IP pizza (pancake mix w/baking powder + 2 egg whites, rosemary, oregano, onion and garlic powder and crushed red pepper baked on a Silpat at 350 degrees for 13 minutes) topped with sauteed mushroom, garlic, basil, bell pepper and sea salt + side salad (romaine lettuce and cucumber slices + 1 tsp evoo and sea salt)

Snack: WLS cheesecake w/ 1 TBSP WF caramel syrup

Dinner: Chicken sauteed w/bay leaves, 1 tsp evoo, green onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, curry leaf powder, cayenne, sea salt, roma tomato, 1/4 cup homemade fat free yogurt, lime and cilantro served over romaine lettuce plus steamed green beans

Lunch: IP Peanut Crunch bar and asparagus
Dinner: Rutabagus, Leek, Celery, Chicken, water w/curry powder, rosemary, salt and pepper (Chicken Curry Soup) garnished with green onion
Snack: IP Peach/Mango drink mixed with a little water and then stirred with ~8oz club soda. Very fizzy and a lot more special than with plain water! : )

6 oz grilled top round steak
2 cups mixed salad greens w/ oil, vinegar, garlic & soy sauce vinagrette
1 cup steamed broccoli

Your salad sounds good, but are your 2 cups of "salad greens" just lettuce or spring mix? Only romaine, iceberg, butter and boston lettuces are "free."

If it's the latter that counts as your veggies.

So between that, the tomatoes, cucumbers and broccoli I'm counting 7 and 1/4 cups veggies for the day, unless I'm reading it incorrectly. If it is just lettuce, I'm only coming up with 3 and 1/4 cups which would put you under your veggies allowance for the day.

I'm out of town. Had to go with veggies that were offered. Ate around the carrots in the medley & didn't eat all the green beans b/c I've had them too much this week (that, and tomatoes in my chili). Not too worried b/c I rarely have occasional veggies AND I forgot to bring restricteds with me! Guess everything happens for a reason.
