I've been on IP for almost 3 months, last night I had a dream (nightmare?) that I cheated for an entire meal- sea salt and vinegar chips and a giant sandwich went down the gullet. After I finished eating I was fairly concerned that I'd consumed too much sugars and carbs to kick me out of ketosis and wondered if I had reached the point of no return. Luckily I awoke @ 4:30 am to prepare for work and found that I was not, in fact, covered in crumbs I can only imagine what carb laden feast I'll consume in la la land tonight- pizza maybe? Anybody else have these types of dreams? Surely I'm not the only one...

I am not on Ideal Protein but am on a very strict medically monitored diet (no food choices).

I have dreams about pizza, Chinese food, ham sandwiches, everything lol!

I wake up feeling so guilty knowing I have to go for my weigh in and then I look around, I didn't cheat! And I know I wouldn't! But the dreams were so good in a food kind of way. If only we could choose the menu before we drift off!

If that were the case I'd be drowning in nacho cheese every night! Until then I'll stick with the diet, and it's working well
