I've re-gained roughly 19 lbs since I fell, and am now going to the gym 4-5 days/week and working on weight watchers. Due to my "lifestyle" change I won't be posting too much in the IP stuff, don't want to give temptation to ladies and gents working so hard and being so amazing as it is. DH drags me to lunch pretty much every day, so my IP style isn't working, and it wasn't worth the strife of "I don't want to go to lunch with you" causing some argument every day, so I caved. I admit it.
So, I'll be moving to the Weight Watchers board, but plan on keeping adding to the IP recipes list as I find them and might check in to see how successful all my peeps are
