Hi there...I am on day 6 and after the first day I was ready to totally give in and give up! BUT, I have to say, it's getting slightly easier. I am finding foods I don't like AT ALL, but most are ok....stick with it, it will get better. IP is completely changing my palate to the point that I was in e drugstore this evening and saw Russel Stover chocolate covered marshmallow santas for 50%off and FOR ONCE, I DID NOT BUY THEM. I am happy that I totally resisted...if this had happened on day one...no telling what I would have done!

Stick with it...oh, and I Googled IP recipes and got quite a few that look pretty darned good! Since I love to cook, I'm excited to give them a try...check them out.
