Default Chocolate Drink

Hello, I am going to be starting on Monday 1/7! I was wondering how to make the chocolate drink into a larger shake. The directions say to add 8 0z of water but I want more than 8 oz. I have seen the recipe that adds spinach but the recipe also calls for coffee. I cannot drink coffee. Can anyone help me out ? Thank you!!

Just use the water and ice cubes. You can use spinach w/o coffee

You can also make the chocolate pudding into a shake by using 12-14oz water. I found too much water made the drink too thin for my taste, but the pudding-as-drink was still rich.

IF you add extra water, which I did in error, put it in the freezerr for a bit, it thickens it up!

I agree...more water made it less tasty.. You could have a large glass of water to fill up your belly right before enjoying the shake. I use to make mine and put it in the fridge for a 1/2 hour or so...it would create a pudding like consistency on top! It was yummy to spoon the top off then enjoy the drink. I would loved to have had twice as much BUT I loved the actual chocolatey taste. Don't dilute!

I use chia seeds for fiber (coach approved), about 1 tbsp per shake. I make the shake in the evening to have for breakfast the next morning and use 10-12 oz water. Between leaving it in the fridge overnight and adding the chia seeds, it thickens up quite a lot and is much more enjoyable than when I first make it. I also tend to drink a glass of water before I start my meal so I don't really need the extra volume in my shake.

Coffee is my personal preference, you can always just use water.

I have a nutribullet and just add a cup or so of spinach to my RTD. it turns into about 11 oz (based on my 12 oz glasses).

I add extra water along with either some extract (vanilla, coconut, coffee, almond, etc.) or Torani sugar free syrup. I just bought the Almond Roca flavor, and it's great in the chocolate shake. I add a little extra Splenda with the extracts. Some people avoid the extracts because of the alcohol. I'm using only 1/2 tsp, and not everyday, so I have not been concerned about it. It has not slowed down my weight loss in the weeks that I use it. I also make it when I first get up and put it in the freezer. By the time I shower, get ready and head out the door, it's thickened and slightly slushy.
