Brekkie: CocoMint Pudding made with cold coffee Midmorning: Jay Robb Frappuccino Lunch: 2 Cups Green Goddess Soup, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Creme Bar Supper: 6 oz Ground Beef Burger, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, sliced cucumbers Evening Snack: Mock Wine (aka grape drink) Freebies: Green Peppermint Tea all through out the day....sickness be gone!! |
Today will be a challenge, so I'll have to report back later or tomorrow with what I actually order at the restaurant. Here's what I know so far though (2 snacks, one after dive one this morning:
B: IP Cappuccino and coffee S1: IP Chocolate peanut crunch bar (between dives) L: IP Mushroom soup with added mushrooms and scallions; salad with WF dressing S2: EAS AdvantEdge chocolate mocha shake D: TBD (wish me luck! I already gave the chef a heads up about my diet restrictions) |
Breakfast:
Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs Lunch: Rotini and roasted zucchini Snack: Dark Chocolate pudding Dinner: Grilled chicken and stewed rhubarb |
B: coffee w/skim; IP white choco-cinnamon bar
L: IP rotini with sauteed zucchini/squash S: IP cappucino D: ?? maybe leftover zucchini/squash and sauteed chicken breast |
Breakfast--Crispy cereal pancake, coffee and water
Snack--zucchini chips if needed Lunch--potato soup with mashed cauliflower Snack--jicama Dinner--turkey burger and salad with celery Snack--pudding |
Phase 1 1st day of reboot:
B - Hot Chocolate Drink L - Vinegar Ridges & lettuce w/2 c veggies D - 7 oz Grilled BBQ chicken w/2 c veggies S - Raspberry Jelly |

Lunch: IP chicken noodle soup and green beans, salad with mushrooms and cucumbers Dinner: NOT SURE Snack: IP Carmel crunch bar Now I need that COFFEE! LOL:D |
Breakfast: coffee with a dash of vanilla rtd and wf caramel syrup; crispy cereal non restricted pancakes
Lunch: leek soup and leftover roasted cauliflower Dinner: a few ribs marinated in wf BBQ sauce, wf maple syrup, and soy sauce; cooked cabbage Snack: coffee with a little Splenda and apple cinnamon soy puffs (maybe?) |
IP Phase 1
Breakfast: Proti thin Honey nut soy cereal, tea Lunch: 1.5 oz protein and EAS chocolate shake, HOT. LOVE IT. Dinner: Chicken and salad, cucumbers, orange marmalade dressing Snack: 1 oz soy nuts WATER, WATER, WATER... |
I've really enjoyed most of the food so far....Day 6 for me is:
Breakfast: IP, Egg and Cheese Omelet, Black Coffee Lunch: IP, Peanut Soy Puffs (yum...i could have eaten two bags of these;) Asparagus and Cauliflower Mashers Snack: Banana Pudding Dinner: Tofu and Broccoli I am vegetarian so the Dinner choices are very limited for me - tofu or eggs. |

L- sauteed mushrooms and red peppers with strawberry wafers for dessert D- steak with roasted cauliflower and a salad with I am not sure yet on it S- Choc. RTD |
P1 day 155
B coffee/spinach/dk choc smoothie L .25 each mixed together: white Ched, sw curls, dill zip, salt/vin Celery D: surf & turf extravaganza w/sautéed mushrooms & salad S not sure...cocomint pudding?
