L: 2 eggs benedict (without the benedict) - just plain poached, sauteed mushrooms
D: will be at MIL's house - they are having honey ham, ravioli with sauce, garlic bread and I will be having IP rotini and 6 ounces of ground chicken breast sauteed with sauce and salad. No cookies, pie or dessert
Breakfast: hot chocolate with Da Vinci gingerbread syrup
Lunch: raspberry jello
salad with cucumbers, radishes, red peppers, WF dressing
Dinner: filet, steamed broccoli, salad with WF dressing
Snack: Tazo chai tea with RTD chocolate drink (tastes like a treat!)
So glad that IP kills the cravings for carbs because they will be all around me today, but I am confident that I will be able to be OP. Merry Christmas, everyone.
Today started off a little rough...I will spare you the details but a lot of sugar was involved. Back to the plan - starting tomorrow it will be my "real week," as since I am just starting, and trying to find out my weak spots and temptations, I anticipated it being a little tough. But for the rest of the day...

L: Holiday dinner at my MIL's, I brought my own veggies just to be on the safe side I switched lunch with dinner so I could eat with everyone.
Roast Turkey, 2C roasted rutabaga, 1/2 C green beans
S: 1/2 C pickles
D: Balanced Protein Vegetarian Joe w/ 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
S: Peppermint mocha (coffee mixed with Balanced Protein Cocomint Creme mix)
