Compliment at the Office
 

So I went in to weigh in today, lost 4.6 lbs! Hubby lost 5 on Monday. Anyway our nurse said she is so proud of us and that we are their star clients because we are both doing so well on IP. She said most have not lost like we have.

I keep thinking DH's weight loss will slow down because he is over halfway to his goal. Me, I just keep hoping it won't slow down for awhile! lol

We are going to the January Open House to talk about our progress so far! :carrot:

On a slightly different note, I think some other coaches could take a few lessons from yours. Positive reinforcement is so important, but it seems like some coaches don't realize that fact.

I know what you mean, I LOVE our lady. There is another one in the same office that does weigh ins (they are nurses that do it) and I do not like the other one, I had to have her in a pinch....

You and your DH are doing wonderfully well. And it is indeed a lovely compliment to be asked to represent your clinic. I agree that it sounds like you've got a very good coach there - one who obviously understands that encouragement and recognition is a great motivator.
