Does anyone have the latest Phase I sheet they can post? The one I have is dated June 12, 2012, but I just found out that the qty of eggs has changed on the newest sheet. Eggs are now 2 whole eggs, plus 2 egg whites.

I'm curious to see if there are any other changes.

Here's a question. I had the banana pudding last night. It was a free sample, thank goodness, so I only had the one. Anyway, it tasted quite bad to me -- bitter and chemical. I wondered if others had had the same reaction, or if it was just me. You know how some people have the tastebuds that means that cilantro tastes like soap? Well, maybe I have some weird tastebuds that make whatever is in the banana pudding taste bitter. I'm surprised because I'm actually quite happy with all the other varieties I've tried.

Whoo Hoo! Husband support is so important! You are a very lucky gal.

I personally did not like any of the "fruit" flavored IP products. Puddings or drinks, the only one I could tolerate was the Wildberry yogurt drink. But if some people didn't like them I'm sure they'd stop carrying them! I think it's just a matter of tastes

An eReader. Similiar to the Kindle. Quite well known and used here in Canada.

Mompattie - A BIG CONGRATS!!!
Roo2- wow,congrats!

Bushtail - if you are losing weight don't give ketosis another thought. I haven't bought a ketostix or worried about it once and I am 3/10ths of a lb from 40 off! Also, from what I hear the ketostix are very inaccurate. I have different symptoms than others so just because you don't have those symptoms dont worry, please
The banana pudding tasted the same way to me, awful! I hear that there are recipes that make it taste better but I'm not going to try them just yet. If I get a craving for bananas then maybe but I doubt it. I can live a long and happy life without bananas!!!!

Hi everyone!!

I had a horribly downhill week and up am 8 lbs. I had my fun, but now I am trying my hardest to get back on the bandwagon.

I ate all the stuff I had been craving, things I thought I really wanted. Then, I got sick to my stomach. Bloating, gas, crazy bathroom trips and just feeling crappy overall. Not to mention I wanted to eat EVERYTHING in sight. It proved to me that this is where I need to be, one way or another. I am going shopping today to stock up on lettuce, veggies, and I am going to portion out meats.

I don't want to be where I was back in August. I like the new, healthier me and want to maintain under 200lbs. I can't give up so I'm going to struggle one day at a time. maybe post in the What Are You Eating thread to hold me accountable.

Wish me luck!

The only way I liked the banana pudding was to have it as a frappe and add WF chocolate syrup. It's pretty good, chocolate covered banana!

I'm very curious about this too - mainly because that just doesn't seem to be enough protein to be equivalent to the other meats:

1 whole egg: 77 cal, 6g protein
1 egg white: 16 cal, 4g protein

2 whole plus two white: 186 cal, 20g protein

8oz chicken: 248 cal, 54g protein
8oz lean ground beef: 392 cal, 54g protein
8oz white fish: 184 cal, 40g protein
8oz yellowfin tuna: 248 cal, 56g protein

you've got this, girl! You don't need luck from us!

I can really relate. I've had a few pretty bad days in the past few weeks for no good reason at all and it has started to catch up. I suspect I'll have a gain this week, but hopefully I can at least maintain.

You've done SO great and are so close- keep up the good work! The gain stands no chance for next week's WI!

Heavens, I am so hungry today! I've eaten 6 1/2 cups of free lettuce and I'm still hungry. Wuv said once a way to tell if you are really hungry is to eat lettuce; if you are really hungry, you will be willing to eat lettuce. I've eaten 2 HUGE bowls and want more! What is going on here?!? (and it isn't TOM!)

I don't get it either. I wonder why IP has revised the phase I sheet at least twice this year. IP's been around a while, so why do they need to keep changing the protein allowances. Wouldnt they have figured out the correct serving size of eggs by now. The sheet my coach gave me was from 2/7/11, and that one had only 2 whole eggs as a serving.
