Soups??

Looking for ideas -- what soups do people enjoy as alternatives? I like IP chicken, leek and mushroom but am no longer buying IP. Need suggestions I can order from Nashua. FYI - Nashua has FarEE shipping on over $49 thru Tues.

I am on the run all weekend with limited time to read back in the threads but thought maybe a few people could chime in.

Thanks!
Thanks!

Yup!! Me!!! I used to buy these (I believe they're the same.....) from New Lifestyle Diet. Years ago someone (here on the board) said that these RTD are the same as IP. Then I noticed that Nashua Nutrition started offering them!

I just received a few packs on Saturday. . DELISH !

Yes, I've had the vanilla and chocolate RTD from Nashua. Big thumbs up!

I ALWAYS make my oatmeal with brewed herbal tea (apple cinnamon) to boost the flavor. Give it a shot!

I've tried a few things recently and want to share my thoughts!

ProtiDiet Chocolate Shake- https://www.nashuanutrition.com/stor...ate-7-box.html
OMG this was fantastic! A must try shake for those using alternatives. I received it as a sample and just ordered a whole box.

ProtiDiet Greek Yogurt Delight Bar- https://www.nashuanutrition.com/stor...ght-7-box.html
Also received this as a sample. I really liked it! I don't need anymore restricted items in my pantry right now, but I would definitely order it. It was a nice change from the chocolatey bars I usually get.

Protithin Chocolate Decadence Bar- https://www.nashuanutrition.com/stor...nce-7-box.html
I really like these, but they're not the BEST crispy chocolatey bars i have had. I am more inclined to get the greek yogurt bars above for my next order.

I've been using body fortress whey protein shakes nas an alternative. While reading here today it was mentioned that it has way too much protein. 30g per shake. Can someone explain what the effects of this will be. I don't want to ruin my diet.

Some people have had success using higher protein alternatives. That much protein doesn't really fit the IP protocol for a moderate protein diet. It could stall or cause slower losses for some people. To follow an IP-type plan with alternatives, personally I'd look for ones that fit closer to IP products.

I have started supplementing with quest bars because of food allergies. My weight loss sped up a bit. I could eat these natural bars without splenda for the rest of my life!

I'm glad those work well for you. They make me crave more...then all I think of is food. I had to stop buying boxes of them. If I purchase, it is one or 2 at a time..

Isn't it interesting how differently we all react to things?

i'll admit i am having a bit of a problem myself. I've had a couple days where i replaced all three of my IP meals with a quest bar. I have to pace myself better.

I'm stuck with this jug now and won't have the money to buy something else until payday. Hoping it doesn't slow things down too much. I am on a really tight budget so I'll find something else at walmart next week.
