Question

I am wondering if the alternative food would be ok to use along with the IP foods. Seems to me the alternatives have a little more choices than IP. Has anyone split it up and are having the same results as being on IP by itself? Or do you have to stick with one plan or the other?

byugrl - I know several people who mix and match products. Alternative thread will answer more of your questions though. I plan trying some of the Nashua products after the new year
