Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Happy Thanksgiving! I had my WI this morning and I'm down 3 lbs. So excited about this. I'm getting close to the 170's, maybe by next week.
I'm going to be 100% OP today. I hope everyone has a wonderful day with family and friends.

Great job!!! I just crossed over into the 170s this week, it makes every struggle on IP worthwhile!

I hope everyone has a safe and fun Thanksgiving We are packing up to go to my in-law's for turkey dinner, I am ready with my roasted rutabaga, mushroom/celery/garlic puree gravy, and a cheesecake packet and a Health Wise cookie! I also packed an EAS vanilla RTD and some DaVinci caramel syrup so I can "dress up" my after dinner coffee I was going to make a sweet fauxtato pie but I ran out of time between baking orders before the holiday and my car crapping out. In spite of the troubles we've had recently we have a LOT to be thankful for, not the least of which is THIS FORUM and IP!

Good Morning All! Has anybody tried the new rotini that came out? I bought some at my clinic last night and made myself a pasta salad for lunch today(which I don't get for another 2 hours) I'm impatiently waiting because I'm an absolute pasta lover. I'll be completely disappointed if the pasta doesn't taste good.

Happy Thanksgiving all! I am thankful for my wonderful husband and amazing and beautiful daughter. My daughter and I just made apple pie together. She's 4 and did an amazing job!!! Now we're watching the parade before we through in the turkey tenderloins and veg.he didn't want to watch it at 1st, now she's hooked. When will she learn Mommy knows best? I would love to take her someday!!

I am also thankful for my family and friends. I am truly blessed by being surrounded by awesome people.

And I can't be thankful here without mentioning my friend scorbett. She inspired me to finally start IP and helps me almost every day!! She'll make a great mother in law someday!
