Made It To Goal!!
13.5 pounds in 8 weeks, down to 110 which was my goal. I know not huge weight loss, but it was it was still hard! YIPPIE!!! :carrot:
Doing one more week on a combination of Phase 1/2, then onto Phase 3 next week (with some Phase 1 lunches thrown in if I need them - having a tough time with meat for lunch AND dinner). |

Congrats!!...I remember when you first started and you having doubts about yourself not staying on program. You have grown as a person with your accomplishment not only in losing your weight but in other obstacles you were challanged with like COOKING!!!...Look how far you have come, be VERY proud of yourself.....You deserve everything that is coming to you...again congrats!

Yes I definitely had a love/hate relationship with IP at times, and know I was a PITA texting and whining to my Coach LOL - but she was fabulous and we worked around my issues so that I could stay on plan.
No cheats at all - the biggest tweak we made was allowing me to have the occasional extra IP packet if I needed it for hunger, which I may have done once a week. |
