Help, looking for ideal protein breakdown.

  • I saw on here somewhere, someone had posted the breakdown of carbs, protein, and such for ideal protein and I can't find it now. Anyone know the breakdown? Thanks!

I've never seen that, and really anything you get will only be approximations - in Phase 1 we don't actually count any of that, just follow the sheet and eat the measured portions as listed. The total daily carbs tend to fall in the 30-50 range per day, protein in the 90-100g per day range, and calories can range anywhere from 700-900 depending on how a person eats. But you can fall outside of those ranges and still be on plan if you're following your sheet.
  • Thank you.
  • Here's a link to the nutritional info for all of the IP products:

  • Go to the Sticky Thread at the top of this forum, click on the Ultimate List thread, and about the second post down (from wuv2bloved) is a post called Newest IP Protocol (or something like that). She's posted a link to a pdf document that breaks down all that information for the IP products. Very informative!!
  • This is the post GlacierGirl mentioned http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/atta...fact-sheet.pdf
  • Apologies if I misunderstood the question, I took the OP to mean they were looking for what the daily intake should be on IP. If it's PRODUCT nutritional breakdown you're looking for, you can also see the side panel of the actual product boxes at www.plainprotein.com - they sell IP and each product description includes a snapshot of the nutritional info box.

Scorbett, I think your info was spot-on! Last nite I was actually looking for a sheet my coach gave me but I seem to have misplaced it (had approximate percentages)

And your best advice of all? follow the sheet!
