Thanks all for the participation. This is a difficult temptation time of year. But for me I hope, the little steps - 2 lbs here, 2 lbs there and suddenly (maybe!!) 10 pounds are gone over the holidays!
We're at the beach for the Thanksgiving holiday (tradition since we have no family close enough to celebrate with). Cold, windy, horizontal downpours, my favorite kind of beach weather. That's why we go to Cannon Beach OR every year in the winter!! My Fitbit says we've been doing 8 and 10 mile days. So if by Monday I've gained weight, I know it's all muscle mass and I won't be complaining since my jeans are looser every day. We're keeping on IP while here since we always get a place with a kitchen. Makes it easy. And we've made sure we protein up every couple of hours since we're walking all day. Dinner tonight was turkey Italian sausage and peppers with Miracle Noodles Fettuccine. Yum!! |

I just joined! I was on IP during the summer and lost 16. Quit the plan and gained 8 back. Ready to start again!
