Coach too busy

I'm pretty new to the program however every time I go for my scheduled appointment it is constantly interrupted by other customers. She keeps ringing people through instead of talking to me and then rushes through weighing/measuring me. Am I crazy that this irks me? I mean I have an appointment however I understand that others on the program need to buy their food. What should I do? I don't want a bad relationship with my coach.

Absolutely not. You paid good money to be there, and you deserve to get your money's worth. I would politely say something to her at your next appointment if it happens again, YOU hired HER for a service and have no reason to be fearful of her.

She should schedule each person seperately and be focusing on one person at a time. The program is way too expensive to be putting up with that kind of "service".

That would irk me, too! Is your coach the only employee in the clinic at any given time? If so, she definitely needs to schedule people and explain that if they just "drop in" to pick things up, she may not be available to help them immediately.
If you're uncomfortable talking to her about it, you could say something like, "I always seem to be here at a busy time. If there another time we could schedule my appointments so we won't be interrupted?" If she feels like you're watching out for her hectic schedule, she might be more receptive. If not, I'd be looking for another clinic/coach!

You have every right to be irked. Your coach has sent a message that sales are more important than your appointment.

If my coach did that more than once with no apology and guarantee that it wouldn't happen again I would be going elsewhere or asking for a new coach. I agree that asking nicely is the way to go but then assertiveness is needed. I am scheduled for 10 minutes with my coach sometimes I stay longer sometimes shorter but she never waivers in her attention to me

My coach schedules half hour appts so now I feel very lucky. She also works out of an office with a secretary -- she has a room in the back of someone else's office -- so she isn't doing the booking/phone/door/cash... It's a tough go if you're a one person show I'm sure.

I am a one man show, but my people know if I am working with someone they will wait or if they are in a hurry I say excuse me, is it ok if I check her out really quick? Most of the time the ones just coming to buy products will sit and listen to what I am saying and end up saying they needed to hear that or they forgot about that. It all depends on how you are with people :)
