My 15-year-old niece who has been missing from Grand Ledge, MI since Monday, Nov 12 was found in North Carolina today!!!

This just shows you that if someone asks you to post a missing kid on your Facebook, even if you aren't local, DO IT! You have no idea how far and wide these kids can travel!

And thanks to my MyFitnessPal buddies who took the time to put it on their FB timelines. You never know who will know something!

Thank goodness!!! You must all be so relieved!

Glad she is okay!

That's great news! How did they find her? You mentioned that FB helped.

I am so glad she is ok.

Maezy: Even at your hardest moment, you didn't harm yourself with a setback, but helped yourself by sharing. That is so cool! That is something to be proud of. I am sorry for your struggles. (My mother in law struggles with joint replacements and her knees have been the worst.) You stuck with your mantra and you controlled food, it didn't control you. Good for you! Keep going and come here when you think you can't. We'll remind you of the truth.

Lisa: Thank goodness!!!
