  • TGIF!!!

    Phase 1: 3 months and 24 days...

    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake with coffee

    Lunch: Probably a shake, I need some veggies and must go shopping!

    Dinner: 8 oz ground beef, tomato slices, pickles, lettuce, mustard

    Snack: ??
  • Breakfast--Milk Chocolate pudding
    Snack--jicama with cinnamon and splenda
    Lunch--Jimmy John's Turkey Tom unwich and a pickle
    Snack--the other 1/2 of my SW puffs and 1/2 of peanut butter bar from yesterday
    Dinner--Tacos (I use butter leaf lettuce for my shells THANKS ANNA!)
    Snack--Strawberry banana drink
  • 2 months, 6 days? Not totally sure, I stopped counting awhile ago! lol

    B1: egg whites
    B2: Premier shake, coffee
    L: PT hot chocolate
    S: frozen rhubarb with WF strawberry syrup and crumbled PT vanilla wafer
    D: ground turkey, cauliflower mash
  • Phase 1: day 3

    Breakfast: Coffee, Vanilla IP Shake

    Lunch: water, 2 cups veggies, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli

    Dinner: salad, sliced cukes, herb omelette or Hard boiled eggs

    Snack: Vanilla shake
  • B: IP potato puree
    L: IP chicken noodle soup, salad with mixed veggies
    S: IP wildberry yogurt drink
    D: Chicken, steamed broccoli
    S: IP chocolate soy balls
