Went to the Doctor today
 

Last time I was at the doctor was 3 weeks after I started IP - that was only 7 weeks and 30 pounds ago. I went in today for a prescription refill. When she came into the room, her mouth literally dropped open when she saw me. She gave me a hug and told me how proud of me she was and so happy for me. It was very rewarding.

On a side note - my blood pressure is down to 100/60!

That's wonderful and so important for your health. My BP is normal now, too. It's amazing how quickly it came down - first couple of weeks after starting IP.

Congrats! I had the same experience a couple of weeks ago. I actually looked forward to that appointment. My Doc didn't hug me but he was like "WOW...whatever you are doing, keep doing it." All my numbers were back in normal range. It was very motivating.
