Phase 1 complete - onto Phase 2

  • So just thought I'd post my results for Phase 1 in case there is anyone else out there just looking to lose 10 or 15 pounds and wondering how it's gone for others.

I thought it might be easier to attach the chart I kept during Phase 1. Total loss was 12 pounds, 5% bodyfat with an average loss of 1.71 pounds per week.

Considering I was losing half a pound per week with WW I'm very happy with this. I hope I'll get the last 1.5 off in the 2 weeks of Phase 2.

I never had one cheat - not even a piece of gum! I had losses every single week even though small on occasion.

  • Congratulations!!!! Just goes to show that all of those pounds add up!!!
  • Congratulations, slow2lose! Looking forward to reading about your progress and experience through the next phases!
  • Congratulations! Good luck with the next phases!

I almost started into phase 2 today, too. I'm just going to wait until Thursday. I may even do one more week of phase 1. I don't know about you, but I'm kind of nervous about phasing off!

Phase 2 just looks boring as all he'll to me. I'd rather have my astronaut food LOL. I made a huge tuna salad with about half a jar of WF mayo LOL. I'd much rather have a broccoli cheddar soup or pudding. I really hate protein. I like tuna salad between 2 slices of bread but NOT on it's own.

I'm excited and fearful about Phase 3. When I think of being allowed to have cheese and cereal and bread and yogurt it's dreamy - but yes a bit scary too.

I need to be on Phase 4 by Dec 18 when I go away for Christmas so I had to start phasing off now.

I'll let you know how it goes - I'd like to read your progress too!
