  • Phase 1: 110 days...WOW..15 weeks and 5 days!

    Good Morning, Rainbow!!!




    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake...with coffee, aka, JOLT!

    Lunch: Water went out again, had to eat out, but not too bad, so skipped lunch

    Dinner: 8 oz hamburger, lettuce, 2 slices tomato, mustard, pickles,

    Snack: Chocolate EAS Shake
  • B: IP potatoe puree made into a pancake w/egg whites and baking powder, WF syrup, coffee

    post walk: IP chocolate drink
    L: IP PB/choc bar, cucumbers w/EVOO and salt
    D: ? maybe grilled salmon with steamed mixed veggies
    S: IP vanilla pudding w/pumpkin pie spice
  • I'm starting out w ip maple syrup oatmeal (my coach suggested my restricted items be eaten in the am). With coffee of course.

    Green peppers with Evoo salt and a soy patty for lunch.

    And I think pudding or jello for an evening snack.

    Taking my kiddos to the movies today. First movie attendance since starting ip. I will not succumb to the powers of movie theater popcorn. Just had my fourth weigh in. Four weeks of no cheating and I'm not starting now!!!!

    D: Salad with mixed veggies, tuna

  • Breakfast: Proti Diet honey nut soy cereal, 4oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    Lunch: Romaine salad with zucchini and mushrooms, Health Wise chocolate chip cookie

    Dinner: Chicken with Thai peanut sauce over cucumber "lo mein"

    Snack: Balanced Protein Cocomint Creme pudding
  • I'm experimenting with flavor on the drink mixes and puddings with some yummy results!
    B: chocolate drink mix with a couple drops of orange extract
    S: ip strawberry wafer
    L: ip tomato basil soup and sliced cucumber
    S:2 hb egg
    D: turkey burgers and steamed broccoli
    S: "eggnog" vanila drink mix with a few drops of rum extract and some fresh grated nutmeg
