A note about alcohol (though some find it to be a touchy subject) - and only mentioned because you seem to be a multiple-drink indulger. When you drink alcohol your body burns THAT first, no matter what else is going on dietarily. So when you drink, you are taking time away from your body burning fat - even if those vodka shots might "technically" be 0/0/0, your body metabolizes the drink first and everything else after. Also, be careful drinking as alcohol does tax your liver, and this diet by its nature also taxes your liver and kidneys. In a normally healthy person one or the other isn't going to do much, but you can stress your organs doing both.
