well weighed in today, another 4 lbs. I"ll take it. I just don't know what to set my goal weight for. I figure I will gain a few back when on phase 4 with the carbs and a little sugar. Although i feel like I could eat like this all the time, it seems so easy to stick to. For info purpose EAS carb control choc. Case of 24 for 27$ something at sam's club. I will start them when I enter other phases. Have a great nite all..Lets lose it together.........:devil:
