Phase 1:
Breakfast: IP chocolate drink mix + .5 cup raw spinach shake.
Lunch: IP chocolate peanut butter bar, 1.5 cups raw spinach (must finish it before it goes bad!)
Dinner: Ground beef stir fried with .5 cup Konjac noodles, 1 cup mushrooms, and .5 cup turnips.
Snack: IP Wild Berry yogurt mix. I blend it with 5 oz of water, 7 ice cubes, then put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. So freaking good!
B: IP oatmeal
L: Salad, IP potato puree soup. Made the mistake of microwaving this and it turned out more like a potato puree sponge LOL
S: IP chocolate drink
D: Chicken, salad, spinach
S: IP strawberry banana drink
B: IP Maple Oatmeal
L: IP Milk chocolate + 2 cups of spinach= yummy smoothie
D: 1 cup sliced cucumbers topped with canned tuna
S: IP RTD Vanilla Drink + 1 cup spinach= yummy smoothie
