    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake

    Lunch: EAS Shake, Salad

    Dinner: EAS drink...hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard

    Snack: had to have a 4th packet today...ugg STRESS! TERRIBLE STRESS...

    Water, Water, Water...
  • Phase 1: day 2..ha!

    Bfast: Shake Mixed with Coffee
    Lunch: Shake with cold water/ice
    Spinach w evoo & lemon juice/salt
    Dinner: Lean grilled burger, w/ WF mayo/salt
    Steamed Cauli/Broccoli mix w/ evoo
    Snack: Protein Bar

    Beverages: water, of course
  • B: IP Spaghetti Bolognese, celery at work
    L: Salmon on lettuce/cuke/zuke salad w/WF Thousand Island dressing
    D: Peach Mango Drink
    S: Maybe IP chocolate pudding and a few of my lemon meringue "cookies"
  • Breakfast: Proti Diet honey soy cereal, 2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla shake

    Lunch: Chicken Chili stuffed pepper (Bell pepper stuffed with Balanced Protein Veggie chili, 2 oz shredded chicken added)

    Dinner: 6oz shredded chicken on a romaine salad with cukes, red onion and red pepper

    Snack: Cocomint cream pudding
  • Breakfast: Peach Mango Drink/Black coffee
    Lunch: Broccoli/Cheese IP packet with a salad and WF dressing
    Dinner: Steak and asparagus
    Snack: I'm going to try one of the IP puddings...I'm hearing good things about that stuff

    And I've already drank 64 oz. of water and still drinkin'!
  • Breakfast = IP Herb & Cheese Omelet
    Lunch = IP Brocc. cheese soup, lettuce w/WF dressing & cabbage
    Snack = IP Peanut Butter Puffs
    Dinner = Extra Lean Ground Turkey with zucchini & asparagus
  • Breakfast I mixed my cappuccino packet w coffee. Lunch I had cucumbers green peppers and soy patties w plenty of hot sauce! And dinner will be tilapia w salad.

    D: turkey burger w/ grilled zucchini

  • Phase 1 - 4 packets b/c of workout

    Breakfast: EAS Dark Chocolate RTD
    Snack: Cauliflower Pancakes
    Lunch: Proti-diet Pink Lemonade + cukes and celery
    Snack: Caramel Delight Bar
    Dinner: Mahi Mahi and summer squash
    Snack: Proti-thin Grape concentrate (made into Jello, maybe...)
  • Breakfast = IP Herb & Cheese Omelet
    Lunch = IP Brocc. cheese soup & 2 cups radishes
    Dinner = pork chop & broccoli

  • B: IP Peanut Bar
    L: IP Wildberry drink + 2 cups of veg
    D: Salmon with 2 cups veg

  • Week 1 Day 5...

    Breakfast: Peanut Butter Crunch Bar

    Lunch: RTD Chocolate Shake. Lettuce & Cucumbers w/ Vinaigrette

    Dinner: Chicken in Chicken Broth w/ Onions. Pickles & lettuce w/ Vinaigrette

    Snack: Raspberry Gelatin
  • BFast: IP Crepe with WF syrup

    Lunch: Stroganoff (OMG! This was so good and I don't really make "recipes"). I used mushroom soup packet, 2 oz ground beef and 1 cup cauliflower rice. Mixed it all together and microwaved for about 1.5 minutes, added salt and pepper, that is it!

    Snack: Salad with 1 cup veggies

    Dinnner: Ground beef salad with 6 oz beef and 2 cups vegetables

    Snack: IP Packet probably Wildberry yogurt
  • B: IP potato puree
    L: IP mushroom soup, salad with mixed veggies
    S: IP pineapple banana drink
    D: Chicken, broccoli
    S: IP chocolate soy puffs
  • having white meat turkey cutlets from butterball tonight!!! they are the best!
