It's kinda terrifying, isn't it!? YIKES! I couldn't believe it when I pulled them off the shelf. Boggles my mind!!! :)

WOW!!!! How is the running going? I have the bug and toying with phasing off early just so I can run. NEVER thought those words would come out of MY mouth. RUN? ME? YES PLEASE! Are you loving it?

Running. Yes, running. Well. I don't quite love it yet, but I'm sticking with it! It's funny, now that I'm in phase 3 and running i'm actually losing again, albeit slowly. When I was in phase 2 which I was when I started I was gaining and it freaked me right out! So I would say talk to your coach about phasing out and the impact of new to you exercise on your body while on IP. Now that I have the calories and carbs to support a workout things seem much more balanced for me. And it makes me much happier!! Good luck!!
