How funny - a friend of mine who's been on IP longer than I have just told me about this recipe this morning; she uses a fried rice seasoning packet and says it's fabulous . . . Can't wait to try it!

What kind of cheese grater do you have? I bought one at the grocery store but it's cheap and falls apart when I use it. I hardly ever make "rice" because it's such a pain!
