Lunch - Mushrooms dipped in WF Chipolte Mayo, pickles and Celery sticks w/WF Peanut spread
Snack - EAS Strawberry shake
Dinner - Undecided...maybe Shrimp and veggies or possibly chicken breast or even Tuna (Wednesdays are hectic)
Breakfast - veggie omelet (1 egg plus 3 TBLS egg white subs)
Lunch - Left over Tilapia fish and salad with low fat honey mustard
Snack - Milk with sugar free chocolate syrup.
Dinner - chicken and peppers, butternut squash fries, green beans
Desert - Light Greek yogurt with pinapple
B: IP white cheddar ridges, coffee, EAS french vanilla 'creamer'
L: leftover sauteed squash and bell peppers, IP chocolate drink
