the food on proteinwell.ca is its pretty much the same as the IP food?? its half the price of the IP food if it works just the same can you not use that instead of of buying IP food???

Yes, it is fairly similar, many people use the "alternatives" with the IP protocol. I personally order my alternative products from Nashua Nutrition. They are less expensive and there is a greater variety. Just make sure you do not use any that have aspartame. There are many "alternative" threads on here that have lots of information.
