Missed protein
Hi All, well Ive been on a trip this weekend and stayed OP except for when it came to the protein. Im worried about the effects this may have had on my body. Should I eat more protein today or should I take any additional supplement to keep my body on track? Any advice would be appreciated. I will be back home tonight so I can get my daily protein requirement then :?:

This would have been a great question for the daily (or in this case, weekend) chat, where more people will see it. A LOT of members are hoping to keep new threads to a minimum so they don't respond to them.

Eat a normal day....don't eat MORE of anything!! Eat as normal :)
