How many carbs per day in 3 IP products?

What is the average number of carbs in the 3 IP items? I know that one item is restricted but not all packets are created equal.

I know we only need to follow the sheets to be on track, but for curiosity's sake, i don't normally net over 30g with 3 packets and my veggies

Daily net carbs should be somewhere in the 20-40 range, including packets and veggies. If you stick to the sheets you will just about always fall in that range regardless of which packets you use.
