New to IP!
Hello everyone!
I am new to the IP -- I am actually starting it tomorrow. I have struggled with my weight for so long, but IP seemed more up my alley because I do have insulin resistance that I am currently dealing with, so I am a carb battler!!! :dizzy: Anyone have any helpful tips, hints that would help me with this program to succeed and not be frustrated to the point of wanting to quit! :cool: |
Welcome! I'm only a few weeks in myself and have found that variety has been very important to keeping me motivated. I have lots of packets to choose from, so what I eat everyday never gets boring!

Welcome! Variety is important for me too, in some things. I have the same chocolate drink every night for snack, but my dinners vary. I am in my 3rd week and loving IP :)

Welcome to all of you to the IP family. Make sure to use this fourm as an additional way of support, motivation, suggestion along with important information in the sticky's. You will also find tons of recipes in the sticky's as well. I have been on IP for 75 weeks now with a total loss of 198 lbs. I have youtube video's, a link is provided in my signature along with an interview that was done on me by a fellow poster when I reached my 101.1 milestone.
