I made mine early this morning and put in a baggie. It was still very nice and moist and resembled a pastry! I wouldn't want it everyday but it sure is a nice treat. I love that it has only 4 net carbs and 18g protein! Thanks for the suggestion Molly!
  • Breakfast: Cappuccino drink
Lunch: Steamed Cauliflower, Fresh bell peppers and the white Cheddar ridges
Dinner: Spicy ground turkey with lightly cooked mushrooms and fresh peppers served over lettuce.
Snack: Pineapple banana drink..--not liking that one so much.

This is the end of my first day! Very light headed and dizzy this evening. My blood pressure is usually really good 110/60 so I'm guessing my blood pressure must have been really low.
