THANK YOU to all those who create, test and post recipes here! I'm only in my second week, and I don't know how I would have done this at all if not for all the recipes there are on this site! I have copied many to try, and I'm sure I'll find more. Thank goodness there are creative cooks out there! (I like to cook, but need a recipe!) :)

I agree! I'm just into Week 2, and knowing there are all these great recipes out there to keep it interesting is what keeps me going. I hate it, though, when a recipe flops and I've wasted a $4 packet of IP. I tried the muffins, and they were so gummy and horrid that I had to throw them away . . . and I still don't know what caused that!
