Momto2cs- Are you on 3-4 IP packets a day even in maintenance?

I eat my IP breakfast as close to 6:45 am as I can, right before I leave for work. About 10:30-10:45 I curb the hungries with half a RTD. I drink tons of water all day. Lunch can be anywhere between 11:30 and 1pm. Late afternoon I have the second half of the RTD, not a meal or an IP snack. Dinner usually isn't until 7, late IP snack is usually about 9:30 pm. So the half RTD in the afternoon I suppose could count as eating between lunch and dinner?!?!

For myself I don't usually eat anything between lunch and dinner, but I was finding that I would be sooo hungry when I got home from work.

What I found that helped was having a bit of protein at lunch (big mac in a bowl made with spinach, yum) and/or I would make dark chocolate pudding mix into cookies (which makes 6) and snack on them all afternoon.

I've always had problems with after-work and after-dinner eating, so it made more sense for me to put my snack in mid-day. I really think that when I phase off the grazing won't be an issue because this has really trained me to 'put it all away' when I'm finished with dinner.

Plus if I don't eat that mid-day snack, I'm famished.

My Norm is to eat phase 1/2 Monday-Thursday and then allow for more flexibility on the weekend (usually still have a packet for breakfast before the gym). My dh is still losing, so he wants phase 1 as much as possible.
