ragdoll - this is a new one on me. what is letizia and how long will this last? Thank God that there are peeps on here who have been through this!

scorbett - does this continue throughout IP? its making food taste terrible and I couldn't eat dinner tonight

After a while you don't notice it as much. You WANT to be in ketosis, that is the metabolic state where your body is burning your fat stores for energy because you no longer have glycogen stores to draw from. If it bugs you, just remember that is what is making those pounds melt away!

It is ketosis.

I had three face to face meetings this week and felt so embarrassed that I sat almost across the room.

I got a bottle of natural mint oil for this. I think you can get it just about anywhere, or you can do a non-alcohol extract. Just the tiniest dab keeps your mouth feeling and smelling fresh for quite a while.
I welcomed bad breath as I knew what it meant!!! It goes away in P3.

Be careful with sugar free gum, it still contains carbs. The only one I have found that doesn't is a brand called Spry, I ordered it online and now my vitamin shop has started carrying it. Good Luck!!
