Phase 2 help please

Hubby on to phase 2 - I will be there in a few myself.

I went onto the stickies but didn't see a current Phase 2 sheet. Am I just being stupid here?

Anyone have a link? Thanks!

Phase 2 is the same as the old one except its straight 8oz of protein for both lunch and dinner. That is the ONLY thing that is different between phase 1 and 2

No stupid questions here!!!
I believe the phase 2 sheet that Wuv posted in the first reply is correct except for the dinner protein which was changed to 8oz. Good luck and congrats to DH for moving on! You'll be joining him very soon!:carrot:

Thanks guys! That little bugger of a husband lost 55 pounds in 10 weeks. He looks great but is tired. Want him to get some of his oomph back now. He made it look so easy! Of course he just did what I told him and ate what I gave him, (as he should!) but that's 5 pounds a week! I'm plugging along but I am still at about 2 to 3 per week.

He is a MAN, that do that....lol....He may need to add more protein to his day if he is feeling tired, He should not be feeling that way

He has felt tired since day 1 but I kind have attributed that to his quick loss. I have much more energy than he does. Mine's not great mind you, but he's been downright dragging. So, I'm hoping the extra protein will help him. We work a lot of hours a day and by 8 pm he is done. He doesn't complain, but I miss him! So I think it's time for phase 2 for him. He's down to 172. Enough.

YES, add the protein to his day....add some egg whites in there too if he likes those...2 a day if he would like....if you are working long hours that is just like working out sometimes, your body burns off lots of calories

When I was starting IP, I felt tired too, and added protein which helped a lot. Then I got tired again after a few weeks, I added a B50 vitamin to my diet, and that and the protein did the trick.

Great advice, Wuv!
