For those of you who keep track, how many grams of fiber do you take a day.
I find my fiber ranges from 8-16 grams a day. If I have too many of those 8 gram days, uum, BM's become less frequent.

Just so you know I add them to my shakes because they also thicken them and help me stay fuller longer.... You only need a small bit of it... oh yeah another thing that is very full of fiber is chia seeds, I used that occasionally, that stuff is kinda strong on my body as far as fiber goes..lol...

I just ordered some Xanthum Gum from Amazon (much cheaper than buying it here). It adds 7g of fiber per teaspoon, but of course, you don't need that much to thicken a shake. I'll use it thicken my shakes too.
