Recipes using WF Mayo
I just ordered the WF Miracle Mayo and now I'm looking for some recipes to use it in - egg salad, tuna salad, dressings, whatever. I've been searching yesterday and today and there are so many links to check it's a bit overwhelming.
Does anyone know of a recipe that you can suggest or point me to? Thanks!! |

I bought 2 jars. Tried doing a veggie-mayo with pureed veggies mixed in, tried it plain with tuna...yuck. Finally threw it all out.
Good luck to you...maybe you will like it...I sure didn't! Jake |
I am OK with it - I tasted it right out of the jar and thought it was OK. I was expecting the worst from the reviews I read but I bought it anyway - so I guess I was expecting it to be so God-awful that I was actuall pleasantly surprised LOL.
Jake - one I will never ever try is the peanut butter - I remember reading your review on that and I don't think I'll ever forget it. And there was another one that you were thankful your son dropped and broke HA!! |
I use my miracle mayo in cole slaw. I mix the miracle mayo and the wf coleslaw dressing...I add a bit of apple cider vinegar. It makes a delicious sauce. My dh and I love it... They mayo alone is meh...

In Phase 4 I make a 2nd snack that would be P1 approved:
1 pouch chunk light tuna in water 2 celery stalks, diced 7 dill pickle chips, diced 2 tbsp wf mayo & lemon & pickle juice I think the key is the lemon juice! I need to doctor ALL of the WFs. |
Hi, I am 50 50 about its taste, that's why i tried galaxy mayonnaise and its better. I do not know its available in your country or not. But its easily in Afghanistan. You can find it here: http://www.galaxyfoodspk.com/mayonnaise

I've never measured anything for this. Just eyeballed it, but I'm made guesses below
Caesar salad 1 tbsp WF mayo 1-2 tsp EVOO (I have skipped this if I used my oil already) 1-2 tsp Lemon juice and/or white vinegar Fresh chopped garlic Fresh ground pepper A splash of Worcestershire (it's not on the IP list so skip it if you are 100%) Coleslaw (I eat this right away unlike my pre IP coleslaw that I would let sit) 1 tbsp WF mayo, 1 tsp Yellow mustard 1-2 tsp EVOO 1-2 tsp White vinegar Salt and pepper Pinch of Celery seed 1-2 stalks Chopped green onion Cabbage (to bring veggies to 2 cups) |
Awesome thread. I have some WF mayo and was also at a loss as to what to do with it. I'm definitely going to try the Caesar salad dressing and use it in the egg sandwiches (I'm on phase 4).

I used to mix it up with WF Hot n Spicy Barbecue sauce and use it as a dipping sauce for chicken or creamy salad dressing. Yum!

I'm going to try deviled eggs for supper tonight - found the suggestion on one of these threads, but I don't think there was a specific recipe - just mix the yolks with a little of the Mayo (I have the Chipotle), a little mustard, some salt and pepper, and sprinkle paprika over the tops once the eggs are filled.
